Being Able to Lose Weight and Feel Healthy At the Same Time
I had bad eating habits since childhood and struggles with my weight since I was young I tried so many diets some of them work for a little while. And I just drop-off the wagon. What works with Daniels Diet is that it combines god’s word the truth and practical principles on how to lose weight at the same time fit in line with modern nutrition. I’ve had my breakthrough with that. I did Daniels Diet for a Period of 1 Month now I’ve lost a total of 30kg... it’s been life changing for me. Daniels diet just really educated me in a practical way. My energy levels gone up so much. I usually suffer from bad heartburn and constipation but now Daniels Diet has healed me.

A Life Changing Breakthrough
I was very overweight and couldn’t seem to lose it. I felt bloated and ‘puffy’ as well as having no energy. Due to all this I was lacking in confidence and had a poor self-image. Philip explained Daniel’s Diet to me and I committed to following it.
In 10 days I lost 22 pounds (10 kg). I was feeling so good I continued on following the moderation diet plan and lost 55 pounds (25 kg) in 3 months and regained all my energy and self-esteem. My Mum is so impressed she is now following the diet

Dear Philip - I am very happy with the weight loss so far. I have lost at least 17 and half pounds (8 kilos) in eight and a half days on Daniel's Diet. That's unprecedented! My clothes are feeling looser and I am so excited because I now know I can live without soft drink, biscuits/slices/cakes and bread every day.

The best thing I found about doing the Daniel's Diet is that not only did I lose weight but after the diet I broke the habit of eating 'lollies' (sweets) every day.
